PROJECT GOALS

HOW WE DID IT

Building a brand that could carry the weight of Sargent Family Dairy’s heritage and the promise of their premium products meant starting with the heart of their story. I immersed myself in their history—four generations of grit, tradition, and family values—and brought that narrative forward into a modern identity.

From there, I shaped a brand and packaging system that not only celebrates the craftsmanship of their on-farm dairy but also communicates the quality and care that goes into every bottle, every cheese variety and each premium block of butter. The creative process became a balance of honouring their roots while giving them a bold, premium presence to match the richness of their Jersey milk, hand-crafted butter, and artisanal cheeses.

THE RESULTS

The result? A brand identity designed to launch with strength and stay true to their farm-to-table promise. Armed with new branding, website & packaging design, Sargent Family Dairy & Creamery are staking their claim in a highly competitive category. The brand now owns a relevant part of Ontario’s “farm market + shop local” culture. We’ve seen significant growth with the addition of numerous product lines, an on-farm store PLUS a fully booked production facility.
